This policy explains what personal information Hirek ("we", "us") collects through hirek.in, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Hirek operates as part of Phylancer. Personal data collected through this website may be accessible to Phylancer staff acting on our behalf, under the same terms set out in this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, phone number and, if you provide one, your project description.
• Technical information. When you submit the form we record your IP address and browser user-agent string. We use this solely to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this website.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prevent automated abuse of our contact form.
• To keep records of business enquiries we have received.

We will not send you marketing emails you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Who can see it

Your submission is stored in our database and is accessible only to authorised Hirek staff. We share data with third parties only where necessary to operate the site:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores contact form submissions in its D1 database service.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We retain contact enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Spam-prevention records are deleted much sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to contact@hirek.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Administrative access requires authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
