Submitting the contact form, calling us or exchanging emails does not create a binding agreement. No work begins and no obligation exists on either side until we both sign a written proposal or contract setting out scope, price and timeline.

Any figures or timelines given before a signed agreement are indicative only. They are based on the information available at the time and may change once requirements are fully understood.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this website belong to Hirek unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not republish or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Interface designs shown in our portfolio are illustrative of our capability. Work produced for clients under contract belongs to those clients.

Where we link to third-party websites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability
